Dozens of Oklahomans are answering the call to rebuild Iraq. OSU professor Dale Lightfoot is working on a project to modernize Iraqi universities.

Students and faculty in Iraq don't have Internet access, electronic databases or other technology.

With a $5-million federal grant, professors from OU, OSU, Cameron and Langston universities hope to bring Iraq's higher education system up to speed.
