We know more about a ballot blunder the Tulsa County Election Board is trying to fix.
The election board sent out two dozen ballots to the wrong voters in Tulsa City Council district 3. It's another mistake in the disputed city council race between David Patrick and Roscoe Turner.
Patrick edged out Turner in February. But a judge ordered an April re-match after learning Republicans were given Democratic ballots in the first contest.
Now, Tim Reasor's mother received an absentee Democratic ballot, but she's a registered Republican. "Granted I don’t have vested interest in this I'm a Republican. But if they can foul up this race they can do it in my own party."
Election board officials admit they made a mistake and tell us they are working to correct it. All 24 voters who received the wrong ballots were contacted, nine of the ballots were returned.
Even if the remaining ballots are turned in, election officials say they won't be counted in the April election.
