A list is out from the Department of Human Services names Oklahoma's top ten deadbeat dads.

Jerry Bickert, tops the list with more than $75,000 worth of overdue child support payments. Bickert also goes by the name of Jeff McKinley.

The state child support enforcement division is asking for your help in finding him and the other nine men. Collectively they owe their children more than $432,000.
