The rain that's falling in Bartlesville is only making matters worse for residents. They got some of the heaviest rain in Green Country early Thursday morning.

Some of the flood waters have receded, but where do they recede to? Water flows from north to south in Washington County, and just south of Bartlesville, the small town of Oglesby had many of its roads cut off by rushing rapids.

While Bartlesville was out of the woods by early morning Thursday, here the situation was getting "more" dangerous as the day went on.

Bartlesville and Washington County is expecting a new round of flash flooding Thursday evening and Friday morning.
