(Grand Junction, Colorado-AP) -- Jury selection began Monday in Colorado for a man charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, who was an Oklahoma native.
Michael Blagg is accused of shooting Ardmore native Jennifer Blagg to death in November 2001 at the couple's home in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Jennifer Blagg's body was found in a county landfill seven months later after more than 2,200 volunteers conducted a county-wide search.
The couple's 6-year-old daughter, Abby, is missing and presumed dead.
The trial is expected to last up to six weeks.
