One of Oklahoma State University’s top football recruits was in court again Tuesday. Prentiss Elliott went before a Tulsa County District Court judge to answer the charges against him.
Instead, Elliott's attorney asked for a continuance. Last week a Tulsa judge decided there was enough evidence to bind Elliott for trial. He's accused of assaulting a police officer on December 9th during a high school basketball game.
Elliott's next court appearance is scheduled for early next month.
