The second man charged in the murder of Pawnee County Sheriff Dwight Woodrell was in court Wednesday.
37-year-old James Taylor [left] did not request bond and a preliminary hearing date was set for March 2nd. Taylor is charged with first degree murder in the 2001 shooting death of Sheriff Woodrell.
Woodrell was shot while responding to a call of suspicious behavior.
25-year-old Justin Walker [right] is also charged with murder in the case. He was ordered held on $1.5-million bond and a preliminary hearing was also set for March 2nd.
