(Oklahoma City-AP) -- State Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher spent more than four hours testifying before a state grand jury.
The grand jury is investigating allegations of official misconduct involving Fisher.
Fisher's attorney, Irven Box, says many of the grand jury's questions were about Opal Ellis, an assistant to the commissioner. Ellis also testified yesterday, spending just more than 20 minutes answering questions.
Box declined to discuss specific testimony by Fisher, but says the commissioner will return to the grand jury March 22nd and provide documents the jurors requested.
