The Tulsa Police Department is conducting an internal investigation of one its majors.

The major is accused of sharing study materials with a relative who was going through the interview process with the Tulsa Police Department.

We've learned the applicant was not admitted into the upcoming rookie class.

Chief Dave Been has scheduled a pre-action hearing this week to get the facts and decide what to do about the major.
