A winter storm makes roads slick in parts of our area overnight. Sleet and snow fell over a large portion of the area, particularly north and east of Tulsa overnight.
That has caused some problems this morning for motorists. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has been busy working a number of accidents overnight. That includes one where a woman lost control and ran through a fence. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
We checked throughout the area, where many places like Skiatook, Bartlesville, Claremore, Pryor and Vinita reported slick roads overnight. State crews have been out putting salt and sand on those slick areas.
