Oklahoma City Police say two teenagers were apparently playing with handguns when one shot and killed the other.

Officers say 15-year-old Gregory Kelley died in the shooting Sunday morning. Police arrested 16-year-old Curtis Lewis on a first-degree murder complaint.

Witnesses told police the two teens were playing with handguns and pointing them at each other when Lewis shot Kelley.
