A 4-day-old baby taken by his parents from an Oklahoma City hospital has been found, here in Tulsa County.

The child was taken on Monday from Integris Hospital shortly after it tested positive for marijuana. Officials say the baby was exposed to the drug while in the womb. At the time, the boy was just two days old. The child is in state custody and is in good condition.

The parents have not been arrested and charges are pending.
