A house fire Tuesday morning sent one person to a Tulsa hospital.

The fire broke out around eight o'clock in the front part of the house in the 5500 block of East 4th Place. Fire crews quickly put out the flames.

A woman suffered smoke inhalation; she is stable at St John Medical Center.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
