(Kellyville-AP) -- Creek County authorities have arrested one of the state's ten most wanted deadbeat dads.
State and local officials arrested 34-year-old Mark Manka, who owes $26,800 in child support.
District Attorney Investigator Ed Willingham says Manka also faces drug charges after marijuana was found in his pocket.
Manka was the state Department of Human Services eighth-most wanted deadbeat dad. DHS officials say the number one deadbeat dad is Tony Franklin, whose last known address is Oklahoma City.
Franklin owes $36,000 in back child support.
