A Fort Gibson teenager who shot and wounded five of his classmates has been released, under one condition.

The judge ordered him to leave Oklahoma. Court transcripts show the Muskogee County judge felt that neither Fort Gibson or the state were ready to have Seth Trickey free within its boundaries. The judge ordered Trickey and his grandparents to leave immediately for Kansas.

Trickey served less than four years in state facilities after he opened fire at Fort Gibson Middle School in December of 1999.
