Okmulgee - A 53-year-old man has died after a single vehicle accident in Okmulgee County.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Johnnie Lee Boyd was pronounced dead at the scene at about 1:30 this morning.
He had suffered internal injuries and injuries to his head, trunk, arm and leg.
Troopers say Boyd's truck hit a mailbox and ran off the right side of the roadway.
Boyd overcorrected and then ran-off the left side of the roadway before overturning and hitting a tree.
He was pinned in the truck for about an hour and firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to free Boyd.
He was not wearing his seatbelt.
