(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A multicounty grand jury indictment unsealed Tuesday accuses Kiamichi Technical Center's public information officer of embezzlement.

Chad Hull is accused of using a school-owned 1998 pickup for his personal use. The indictment says he used the vehicle to haul political campaign material.

He is the second person to be indicted in the grand jury's investigation of wrongdoing at the school.
