A case of murder-suicide involving an estranged married couple kept police near Oklahoma City busy late Tuesday.

It happened in the town of Bethany. Police say Ronnie Nail shot and killed his wife Andrea at an apartment complex, then turned the gun on himself.

The dead woman's brother tried to intervene, but police say Nail pointed a gun in his face and threatened his life.

Andrea Nail died at the scene. Ronnie Nail died later at a hospital.
