Tulsa County prosecutors filed a first-degree murder charge Wednesday against a Broken Arrow man for shooting his ex-wife.

Officers say Amr Salam turned himself into Tulsa Police last week after the shooting and confessed he did it.

Broken Arrow Police found LaDonna Chapman slumped over the wheel of her car near her home. She'd been denied a protective order against Salam last year.
