ENID, Okla. (AP) _ A toddler who fell into a swimming pool was in critical condition Monday at an Oklahoma City hospital.
Connor Ganz, 2, was pulled from the pool by his father, who tried to resuscitate him until medical personnel arrived Sunday morning, authorities said.
The boy was rushed to an Enid hospital, then flown to Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Police Sgt. Eric Holtzclaw said pools should be secured with fences and children should be supervised.
``It's a tragedy when a small child is involved in an accident,'' Holtzclaw said.
