A Tulsa man arrested for passing counterfeit $20 bills is free on bond. Tulsa Police say 40-year-old Russell Gourd tried to buy a $500 money order at the Wal-Mart at Admiral and Memorial.
Investigators aren't sure if Gourd is the same person who passed a couple of fake $20's the night before at a Quik Trip at 51st and Sheridan.
