A federal judge is concerned about how slow the trial of Commercial Financial Services founder Bill Bartmann is going.

District Judge Sven Erik Holmes had allotted six to eight weeks for trial. He planned to preside over another trial beginning on November 17th, but that may not happen.

Holmes says he's not sure he heard anything Monday from the witness stand that hadn't already been covered in previous testimony.

Holmes also says jurors have wondered aloud how long the trial will last.
