A Tulsa County man faces charges following an incident at a Broken Arrow Halloween party.
Police say 21-year-old Mack Laron Miller groped a teenage girl, struck several people and injured another teenager with a butcher knife.
Charges include assault with a deadly weapon and stealing. Miller is in the Tulsa County jail.
