(Undated-AP) -- An air of unpredictability hung over the Big 12 this weekend.

Oklahoma -- a 25-point favorite -- survived a scare to beat Colorado, while Texas Tech -- a 3.5-point favorite -- was routed by Missouri.

That unpredictability should only intensify the anticipation of next weekend's action, when only two key matchups are on tap -- Oklahoma State at Oklahoma and Nebraska at Texas.

The Sooners were able to beat Colorado 34-to-20 in Boulder on Saturday with only a mediocre performance.

Still, it was closer than expected, and Oklahoma State is coming off a 38-to-10 win over Texas A&M.
