(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is trying to help identify a woman found dead in Texas.

The body of the American Indian woman was found last Thursday on Interstate 40 in Gray County, Texas, about 45 miles west of the Oklahoma state line.

The OSBI says the woman was last seen at a truck stop in Sayre, Oklahoma.

The woman is about 40, 5-feet-5 to 5-feet-8 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
