(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Another hearing is tomorrow for Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols.

The hearing is expected to be about the federal government's cooperation in providing witnesses for questioning by Nichols' attorneys.

District Judge Steven Taylor has criticized the government for failing to cooperate and complained about the slowness with which witnesses are being made available to the defense.

Taylor said in a written order last week that Nichols' state murder trial can't proceed if the federal government doesn't cooperate. The judge also threatens to prohibit key prosecution witnesses from testifying if they're not questioned by defense lawyers before the trial.

Nichols' trial on 161 state counts of first-degree murder for his role in the 1995 bombing is to begin March first in McAlester.
