There's quite a battle brewing in Oklahoma. It's taking place in the small Adair County community of Westville.

Thatâ€™s where a group of residents says their mayor should resign because he's moved out of the city limits. So they're putting together a petition calling for Mayor Tim Nickens to resign.

Nickens says he still owns a home within the city limits with furniture and clothes there. And the utilities are still on.

He says he did buy another home outside town and plans to move there someday.
