(Stillwater-AP) -- A former Oklahoma State University athletic director has been hospitalized after suffering a stroke.
Myron Roderick, president of the Wrestling Hall of Fame since 1990, had a stroke on Monday night. He's been admitted to Stillwater Medical Center.
Tony Linville, Roderick's son-in-law and executive director of the Wrestling Hall of Fame, says the 69-year-old has suffered some paralysis on his left side
Roderick served as OSU's athletic director from 1983 to 1990 after a career as the wrestling coach, which he started at age 22.
He led the Cowboys to seven national championships in 13 years, compiling a 140-10-and-7 dual record that included an 84-match streak without a loss.
