(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher has given back some furniture he accepted from companies tied to the industry he regulates.

The furniture includes a $4,300 custom-made mahogany desk, a $1,900 leather chair and a $6,200 credenza.

Most of the 32 items were donated in 1999 and 2000 to the Insurance Department. The furniture, artwork and kitchen equipment were valued at more than $33,000.

But In May, Governor Henry refused to accept the property as ``gifts to the state.''

Records on almost all the property show donors either have had the items picked up or made arrangements for their removal.

Fisher's desk, credenza and executive chair, as well as a game table and six other chairs, were removed September 4th.
