(Jay-AP) -- A suspended school teacher accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy at a Christian camp has reached a plea agreement.

Jody Dalton waived his right to a preliminary hearing and is to enter a plea on November fifth. Prosecutors declined to reveal details of the pending agreement.

Dalton was a teacher at Metro Christian Academy in Tulsa and a part-time camp counselor at New Life Ranch near West Siloam Springs.

A 16-year-old boy he was sleeping in a bunk house at the camp in June and awoke to find Dalton fondling him.
