County Line Road between 121st and 131st has been reopened to traffic. This after Broken Arrow Police officers investigated a fatal accident from early Wednesday morning.
Broken Arrow Police say 22-year-old Mark Wiedower was killed when his car clipped a vehicle stopped at a stop sign in front of him and went out of control. Stewart Schmitt, who witnessed the accident, “I looked over my drivers side window and seen a white car barrel rolling, hit an electric pole and just went up there to see if everything is alright. Stuff was just laying all down the road and I couldn't tell what was what it was so dark.’
The passenger in Wiedower's car suffered serious injuries. Their name has not been released.
