The revolutionary scooter called the Segway is being recalled. The two-wheeled scooter uses gyroscopes to keep it upright, making it less likely to fall or be knocked over.

But Segway says three riders got hurt when they fell off because the batteries ran low. EMSA currently uses two of them. You might see them at the Tulsa State Fair. They don't plan to stop using them because they say they've had no problems, partly because they keep them charged and don't run them when the batteries down.

A technician still plans to come to Tulsa in the next couple of weeks to fix the problem.
