(Bartlesville-AP) -- A 20-year-old Bartlesville man is charged with child abuse after his 2-month-old daughter suffered a skull fracture.

Steven Moland is accused of injuring the infant.

Moland denies hurting the baby and told police the 2-month-old doesn't like him and wouldn't stop crying because she was mad at him.

Police began investigating after the girl's mother and grandmother took her to a medical center earlier this month for treatment of bruises near her ear.
