It's official; Fleming Companies has sold its Tulsa grocery distribution center. Fleming officials confirm the business has been sold to four buyers.

Associated Wholesale Grocers of Kansas City bought the Tulsa plant. Neither Fleming nor AWG will comment. Fleming is still trying to sell its only remaining operating unit, while it works through bankruptcy. Fleming filed for Chapter 11 protection in April.

The Tulsa workers we talked to Friday say they're now out of a job. Locally, as many as 300 Fleming workers could lose their jobs.
