A trial is underway for a man accused in the murder of an Oklahoma City ad executive.

James Pavatt and defendant Brenda Andrew are accused in the 2001 murder of Oklahoma City advertising executive Rob Andrew. Jury selection began Monday. Pavatt and Brenda Andrew were arrested after a three-month stay in Mexico.

About 60 witnesses are expected to be called to testify against Pavatt, including his own daughter.

The Oklahoma County DA is seeking the death penalty in the case. Brenda Andrew, being tried separately, will face a jury trial next year.
