A Tulsa sporting goods consignment store has gone out of business, leaving some of its clients in a lurch.

The leasing agent at "Play it Again Sports" near 71st and Mingo, says it had to close the business on August 1st because the owners couldn't pay the rent. A notice on the window says the owners owe more than $23,000 and the items inside will be sold if not removed.

The problem is, the items in the store belong to people who brought them in to be sold.

The store owner has not returned our repeated phone calls.
