(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Two Oklahomans have been charged for allegedly selling items on the Internet, but never delivering the products.

Tonya Ketchum and her husband Michael Ketchum were charged in Washington County District Court Monday with nine counts of violating Oklahoma's Consumer Protection Act.

Investigators from the Attorney General's consumer protection unit say the Ketchums accepted full or partial payment for products advertised on their Web site, but did not deliver the goods.

Attorney General Drew Edmonds says the couple accepted nearly 40-thousand dollars from consumers in Connecticut, Colorado, Wyoming, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, California and Michigan for farm equipment, truck accessories and lawn and garden equipment advertised on their Web site.
