(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols will be back in court today.
A pretrial hearing is this morning on a motion to suppress statements Nichols made to the F-B-I.
F-B-I special agent Steve Smith testified during a preliminary hearing in May that Nichols admitted he knew bomber Timothy McVeigh and that the two used aliases at gun shows around the country. Smith also said Nichols told agents he obtained bomb-making books and pamphlets and discussed the process with McVeigh.
Smith interviewed Nichols in Kansas two days after the April 19th, 1995, bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building.
Nichols faces 161 state counts of first-degree murder for his role in the bombing. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
Nichols is serving life in prison on federal convictions for his part in the bombing.
