(Tulsa-AP) -- American Electric Power Company and Williams Companies has announced a settlement over a dispute about natural gas contracts.
AEP paid Williams $90-million as part of an agreement reached in June.
Williams claims AEP owed it $108-million for natural gas and another $22-million in various fees.
Williams spokesman Kelly Swan says AEP felt it owed the Tulsa-based company nothing.
Swan says the $90-million amount was considered the middle figure.
