More financial help could be on the way to benefit American Airlines. Tulsa County Commissioners may consider applying for a $1-million grant to benefit the company.

The funds would help American with infrastructure costs in expanding the maintenance and engineering center here in Tulsa.

American is considering whether to close one of its three maintenance bases including the one here in Tulsa.
