(Undated-AP) -- Authorities say a Hominy man has died following a water accident at Lake Skiatook.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Brian Gardner was riding an inner tube being pulled by a boat about 4 PM Saturday when he fell off the ube and began convulsing in the water.

Troopers say Gardner was pulled out and taken to Tulsa Regional Hospital.

He was pronounced dead from a broken neck.
