Heat advisory has been issued for Tulsa County by the National Weather Service

If you've stepped outside lately you know the heat is on. That's created a heat advisory for Tulsa County.

The experts say the heat index will climb to as high as 110-degrees.

A heat advisory is normally issued when the heat index exceeds 105 degrees for two consecutive days, with overnight lows around 80-degrees.
