(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Harrah native and veteran actor Dale Robertson celebrates his 80th birthday today in Oklahoma City.

Robertson now lives on a ranch at Yukon and says family, friends and associates from the movie and business industries are expected at the Waterford Marriott Hotel for today's party.

Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphreys is to present Robertson with a key to the city.

Robertson appeared in movies and on television beginning in the 1940s, including roles in ``Tales of Wells Fargo'' and ``Death Valley Days.
