Bobby Kennedy Junior makes a trip to the Tar Creek Superfund site this week. Kennedy will get a first hand look at the towns at the center of the nation's largest environmental catastrophe.
His law firm is representing the city of Picher, Pitcher-Cardin schools and area residents. They've filed a class-action lawsuit against the mining companies that once flourished there.
Kennedy will also survey damage caused by the federal government's $100-million clean up.
