(Tulsa-AP) -- Wichita pounded three home runs off of Tulsa starter Kip Bouknight on the way to an 8-to-5 Texas League win.

Catcher Scott Walter began Thursday night's scoring with a solo home run in the 2nd inning. Tydus Meadows added another solo homer to lead off the 4th inning and Oscar Salazar hit another solo shot in the 6th inning.

Seven different Wranglers players picked up RBI's in the game.

Bouknight (5-7) pitched 6 innings, allowing eight hits and four runs in suffering the loss. He walked two and struck out six.

Newcomer Enohel Polanco led the Drillers offensive attack, going a perfect 4-for-4 with a double and three runs batted in while playing in only his third game with Tulsa.
