PAWHUSKA, Okla. (AP) _ A man and his stepfather who are accused of killing and dismembering the man's brother will remain in the Osage County jail.

An Osage County judge on Tuesday denied bail for Craig Gray and Scott Epp, who are charged with first-degree murder in the death of Brian Gray, 28 [pictured].

Epp, 39, and Craig Gray, 26, were arrested after Epp's father, a Stephens County farmer, found Brian Gray's body parts floating in his pond May 27.

Stephens County investigators later found more body parts in a recreational vehicle on the farm.

Brian Gray was shot in the neck while the three men were at a state park on Lake Keystone over the Memorial Day weekend, investigators said.
