A 13-year-old Oklahoma boy is dead after drowning in a nearby lake. Devin Gaskill of Cleveland was playing with another person on a piece of plastic foam at Keystone Lake about 20 feet from shore on Friday, when they both fell off.
Gaskill's companion tried to rescue him, but he couldn't hang on. Lake patrol officers recovered Gaskill’s body from about 10 feet of water.
