(Tulsa, Oklahoma-AP) -- Oklahoma is hoping that the Democratic presidential candidates will hold a forum there.
The state's Democratic party leader says the plan is still very preliminary.
State Democrats are trying to lure the candidates, including Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman, for a nationally televised debate. It would be separate from the six televised debates organized by the Democratic National Committee.
Oklahoma party head Jay Parmley says the chances are good for getting most of the candidates.
