One person is in jail after an early morning accident in a South Tulsa neighborhood.

Just after three o'clock Tuesday morning, the driver of a truck hit a median and a concrete barrier at about 61st and Harvard. He then cut across a yard, hit a tree and went through a fence before coming to rest on its side.

25-year-old Jason Phillips was arrested for DUI. No one was hurt.
