It wasnâ€™t the weather, but rather a blown transformer that caused a power outage Monday morning in downtown Tulsa.

Everything from homes, businesses and even streetlights went dark around 15th and Denver. About 400 customers in all were affected.

It took some time to get the lights back on, but everything is up and running.
